I facilitate, coach, and teach individuals and teams. My style is fun and playful while allowing space for deep conversations, change, and transformative learning to happen.

The mix of my approachable style & positive demeanor with my somewhat intense educational credentials allows participants to feel comfortable taking risks, opening up, digging deeper and asking the questions they need answered to move forward in a meaningful way.

Like many of us, I wear many hats: facilitator, coach, mentor, college prof, paddle boarder, YouTuber, author, mom, friend, podcast guest, and sushi enthusiast.
