Luckily I’m very transparent with my YouTube earnings so get ready to see all of the nitty gritty details.

In 2020 I made just a few videos which were different than the bread-and-butter tutorial videos on my channel. Also… covid happened to the world. This meant that a lot of people were turning online BUTTTTTT it also meant that a lot of instructors were putting out their own content for their students. Since I did zero marketing for my channel I honestly didn’t know what was going to happen.

Looking at the analytics, my number of views and watch hours for 2020 were down significantly when I compared them to 2019… but we all know those are vanity metrics. Let’s dig into the numbers and how much cold hard cash YouTube ads sent my way in 2020!
